Author Red Beans and Eric

Ingredients

  • cups mayonnaise
  • cups Creole mustard or spicy brown mustard
  • tbsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp Creole seasoning
  • 1 tbsp horseradish
  • 2 tsp pickle juice
  • 2 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Refrigerate for one to two hours before using it. The longer you can let the sauce sit, the hotter it will become.
