Emeril’s Delmonico will pay tribute to an age-old New Orleans holiday tradition, Reveillon, by offering a specially priced tasting menu – as part of the city’s Christmas New Orleans Style campaign – along with spirited cocktails for guests to enjoy.
From December 1 – 30, guests can treat themselves to special Reveillon offerings at Emeril’s Delmonico. The menu will feature contemporary New Orleans dishes highlighting local and seasonal ingredients, along with an optional wine or cocktail pairing.
Chef Anthony Scanio has imagined a four-course menu, offering guests a choice for each course, for $60 (exclusive of tax & gratuity). Choose from the Almond Crusted Pompano or Duck Breast Marchand de Vin, served with asparagus and wild rice. End the meal on a sweet note with Turtle Pie, topped with chocolate, caramel, Chantilly cream, and pecans, or the Sweet Potato Crème Brûlée, perfectly complemented by a gingerbread cookie. Guests can also choose from an optional wine pairing for $40 per person or cocktail pairing for $30 per person.
